Welcome to GoFar (gofarcareers.in). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, 1:1 mentorship sessions, live webinars, digital career guides, and course learning modules.
Important Acceptance Notice
By creating an account, making a purchase, or booking a mentorship session on GoFar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1Description of Platform Services
GoFar provides career acceleration tools, including but not limited to:
- 1:1 Mentorship Sessions: Scheduled strategy calls with industry mentors, conducted via video conference (Google Meet).
- Interactive Career Blueprints & Courses: Self-paced curriculum modules, technical guides, and code repositories.
- Live Masterclasses & Webinars: Virtual group workshops hosted by senior practitioners.
- Digital Resources: Downloadable resume templates, interview preparation blueprints, and career toolkits.
2User Accounts & Registration Responsibilities
To access GoFar services, you must register for an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
- You may not share your account credentials or grant access to third parties.
- You must notify GoFar immediately at careers@gofarcareers.in upon discovering unauthorized account activity.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register and purchase paid services.
31:1 Mentorship Booking & Scheduling Policy
Mentorship bookings are confirmed upon successful payment verification. Scheduled session details, including meeting links and slot confirmation, are delivered to your dashboard and registered email address.
- Attendance: You are expected to join the virtual call at the scheduled start time. Mentors will wait up to 15 minutes before marking a missed call as a student no-show.
- Rescheduling: You may request session rescheduling up to 4 hours before the appointment via your dashboard. Requests made within 4 hours are subject to mentor availability.
- Meeting Links: Google Meet links are dynamically generated or assigned by mentors prior to the call.
4Payments, Pricing & Tax Compliance
All prices listed on GoFar are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party gateways (Razorpay).
- You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected sessions, courses, or webinar tickets.
- GoFar reserves the right to modify service fees or offer promotional discounts at any time without retroactive adjustments.

5Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on GoFar—including course modules, career blueprints, video lectures, text content, logos, graphics, and proprietary software—are the sole intellectual property of GoFar and its licensors.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your personal, non-commercial professional development. You may not record, record-screen, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any GoFar content or mentorship calls.
6Prohibited Conduct & Misuse
When using GoFar, you agree not to:
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior towards mentors, staff, or fellow students during 1:1 sessions or webinars.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers to extract data or content from the platform.
- Attempt to bypass payment gateways, forge payment receipts, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
- Share illegal, copyrighted, or malicious material via platform chat, review submissions, or contact forms.
7Disclaimer of Warranties & Employment Guarantee
GoFar provides educational content and professional mentorship on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While our career blueprints and 1:1 mentorship are designed to maximize interview success, GoFar does not guarantee specific job placements, salary increases, or employment offers from third-party companies.
8Governing Law & Contact Information
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
