Flexible Rescheduling
Reschedule 1:1 calls free of charge up to 4 hours before the session start time.
100% No-Show Protection
Full refund or instant re-booking if a mentor misses a confirmed call or technical error occurs.
5-7 Day Settlement
Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment bank account or UPI via Razorpay.
11:1 Mentorship Session Cancellations & Refunds
Because mentor schedules are reserved exclusively for booked students, the following rules apply to 1:1 strategy calls:
- Mentor Cancellation / Absence: If a assigned mentor fails to attend the call or cancels without notice, you receive an immediate 100% full refund or free priority re-booking.
- Platform Technical Failure: Technical issues originating from GoFar platform or broken video link infrastructure preventing session completion.
- Advance Cancellation: Cancellation requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled call.
- Student No-Show: If you miss a scheduled session without prior 4-hour rescheduling notice, the session is marked as completed and is non-refundable.
- Late Arrival: If you join late, the mentor will conduct the remainder of the allotted time slot; the missed time is non-refundable.
2Live Webinar & Masterclass Registration Refunds
For live webinar and masterclass ticket purchases:
- Webinar Cancellation by GoFar: If a scheduled webinar is cancelled by GoFar or the speaker, all registered attendees receive an automatic 100% full refund.
- Attendee Cancellation: You can request a full refund up to 12 hours before the webinar start time. Refunds are not available once the live webinar has commenced.
- Event Recording Access: If a webinar includes permanent access to recorded video sessions, ticket fees remain non-refundable after recording links have been dispatched.
3Course Enrollments & Digital Career Guides
We offer a 7-Day Guarantee on interactive course enrollments under the following conditions:
- Refund requested within 7 calendar days of course enrollment.
- Total course progress is less than 20% of total modules completed.
- No downloadable proprietary career guide PDFs or resume blueprints have been exported from the course repository.
- Courses fully completed or certificates issued are non-refundable.
